He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Talbot and Eva Dupere Talbot; his son-in-law Dean Guillory; and his grandson Jayson Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Eva Rougeau; his children, Mary Jacqueline Palmer (Sulphur), Craig Talbot, Robert Talbot (Tammy) of Walker, LA and James Talbot (Tammie); his grandchildren, Katie, Danielle, Lauren, Torie, Crystal, Aaron, Darrel and Scott; and his siblings, Norman Talbot, Jeanette Moore and Rita Mikell. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
