He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Doucet and Joyce Doucet; and his sisters, Martha Dugar, Florence D. Gallow, Anna Thibodeaux and Flora Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lewis Doucet; his children, Everette Thomas (Donna), Jejuan Doucet (Alexa) of Clera, Anthony Doucet, Paul Doucet of Dallas and Lydia Doucet of Houston, Texas; and his siblings, Wilton Doucet of Chesapeake, Virginia, Wilson Doucet (Ruth) of Baton Rouge, Gertie Bias of Lafayette, Clayton Doucet (Cynthia Ann), Layton Doucet of Eunice and Willard (Sandra) of Detroit, Michigan.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
