She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith, Sr. and Mary Smith; her husband John Lovely Forestier; her brother Paul Smith, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Forestier.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Forestier (Pam Thibodeaux), Mitzi Hebert (Frank) and Scott Forestier (Cheryl); her granddaughter Robin McFatter Haney (Mike); her great grandchildren, Brianna and Cassidy Haney; and her siblings, Betty Flowers (Tommy) and Jerry Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
