He is survived by: his wife Mary Melancon Gremillion; his children, Mark Gremillion (Claudia), Kimberly Shelstead (Travis) and Tracy Gross (William); his grandchildren, Colin, Ella Gremillion, Dakota Shelstead (Brandon Moore), Savannah Shelstead and Katelyn Gross; and his siblings, Robert Gremillion (Sherri), Pamela Briggs and Lori Groves (Kendall). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A rosary will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church (5495 Elliott Rd, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Highland Memory Gardens (6325 Common St, Lake Charles, LA 70607). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
