She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Timothy Richard Sr. and Mattie Coleman Richard; her daughter Kalise Bell; her siblings, Dianna Leday and Charles Richard; and her niece Catrina Leday.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Bell Sr.; her stepchildren, Francine "Peaches" Bell and Louis Bell Jr.; and her siblings, Tina Richard Jubert Sr. (Steven), Catherine Victorian, Adrian Rubin (Bobby), Michelle Freeman Sr. (Michael), Tracy Joseph, Lloyd Richard (Dewanna) and Walter Richard Jr.. She is also survived by grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
