He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Milburn, Sr. and Ruby Lee Brown; his grandfather Willie Brown; his sister Velma Lee Milburn Carrier; and his grandson Daniel Reshaun "Burn" Milburn.

He is survived by : his son Walter Milburn, III of Opelousas, LA; his grandchildren, Isaiah Milburn of Houston, TX, Malachi Milburn of Houston, TX, Markaylin Milburn of Opelousas, LA and Kassidy Milburn of Opelousas, LA; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Milburn-Semien (Herman) of Opelousas, LA., Charlette McLendon (Martin) of Opelousas, LA., Joseph Milburn (Toni) of Plano, TX and Benjamin Milburn (Zetonnia) of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by other relatives and special friends.
