He is survived by: his sister Nancy Stephens; his children, William David Mancuso (Lisa) of Baton Rouge, LA, Kenneth Alan Mancuso (Carolyn) of San Geronimo, CA and Julie Christine Mancuso of Lake Charles, LA; his grandchildren, William Daryl Mancuso, Lauren Elizabeth Mancuso, Juliette Claire Mancuso and Grace Ryan Mancuso; and his friend Carla Venissat.
In lieu of flowers, the family would request memorial donations be made to Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
