He is survived by: his children, Helen Edwards, Kayla Edwards, Monica Edwards, Jimmy Edwards, Alfred "Chip" Edwards (Katrina), Leon Griffin (Chardonia) and Dwight Griffin; his former wife Brenda Thomas; and his siblings, Doristine Carr, Wilton Edwards and Hilton Freeman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
