She was predeceased by: her husband Benton Raymond Bell; her parents, Lucian Ira Noland and Georgie Elaine Noland (Burgess); her children, Keith Bell, Teresa Kennedy and Winona Bell; and her brothers, Wayne Noland and Royce Noland.
She is survived by: her daughter Charlotte; her son-in-law John Herrington of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her grandchildren, John Michael (Tina Herrington) of Tallulah, Louisiana, Kristin Herrington of Lake Providence, Katie (Matt Caruth) of Lake Providence, Amber (Gregory Bryant) of Alexandria, Louisiana, Adam Kennedy of Alexandria, Louisiana and Matthew Kennedy of Alexandria, Louisiana; her sisters, Linda Hawsey (Jimmy) of St. Joseph, Louisiana and Sharon Carpenter (Gardner) of Vicksburg, Mississippi; and her close friend Mandy Frasier of Lake Providence. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Lake Providence (210 N Hood St, Lake Providence, LA 71254). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials should be made to St. Jude's in Memphis, Tennessee.
