She is survived by: her children, Kedrick Powe and Khala Powe; and her brothers, Joseph Johnson, Freddie Hicks, Ira Powe, Robert Powe and Ivan Powe. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
