He is survived by: his wife Katie Brown Coullard of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his sons, Carter Coullard of Lake Providence, Louisiana and Ben Coullard of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his father Glenn Michael Coullard Sr. of Covington, Louisiana; his sister Margaret; his brother-in-law Rhett Phillips of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his sister Kelly; his brother-in-law Lester Lee of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his sister Kara Coullard of Deale, Maryland; his siblings' children, Jordan Phillips, Louis Phillips, Mary Kate Lee, Matthew Lee, Wyly Brown (Bailey), Lauren Brown Haman (Austin), Will Brown, Emma Brown and Andrew Brown; his mother-in-law Jennie Lou Brown of Lake Providence, Louisiana; and his brothers-in-law, Grady Brown (Michelle) of Monnroe, Louisiana and Glen Brown (Tobi) of Jackson, Mississippi..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Homes - Lake Providence (210 N Hood St, Lake Providence, LA 71254). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
