He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Lee Collier, Sr. and Hilda Frye Collier; his siblings, Rose Collier Hammett, Marion Lee Collier, Ruby Collier Barnes, John Collier, Sr., Eddie Lee Collier, Sr., Robert Collier, Sr. and Yolanda Collier Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Archie Hammett, Evelyn Collier, John Barnes, Shirley Collier, Lois Collier and Robert Nichols.

He is survived by : his spouse Willie May Wolfe Collier; his children, Andrea Collier Johnson (Glenn), Candance Collier Collins (Isaac III) and Andrew Lewis Collier, Jr.; his sisters, Iola Collier Nichols and Daisy Collier Hurst (Melvin Sr); his siblings-in-law, Mildred Collier and Frank Kelly, Sr.; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Jackson (Zachary), Alexandria Johnson, Isaac Collins IV, Christina Collins, Anna Collier and Shane Collier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews, along with numerous friends.
