He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Dew and Lucile Dew; and his siblings, Wilma Dew, Charles Dew, Cliff Dew, Alma Jean Banks, Brenda Dew and Robert Earl Dew.
He is survived by : his former life partner Janet Dew; his children, Shedrick Dew (Tomeka Young) of Sacramento, CA and Tameka Dew-Cooley; his son-in-law Vantez Cooley of Laplace, LA.; and his niece Derenda Whitfield of Hayward, CA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
