He is survived by: his wife Thelma Brelet Roane; his brother Kirk Moren Roane (Elaine); and his daughters, Michelle Rist (Michael), Stephanie Berthelot (Donnie), Abby Virgil (Floyd) and Teresa Leslie (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
