He is survived by: his wife Annette Booker Smith; his sister Joan Sorapuru; his children, Frederick Booker, Jacqulyn Scott and Clenette Bickham; his grandchildren, KiKi Booker, Cristen, Caiden Scott, Cashia, Bryce, Londen Bickham, Devon Selmon, Terrell DeBose, Jalayah Charles, Amyrii and Kemynii Booker; and his great grandchildren, Tatum Oliney, Demi Banks, Terrell DeBose, Emari Booker, Serenity and Isaiah Selmon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
