It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Marie Waguespack Bourg of Laplace, Louisiana, born in Mount Airy, Louisiana, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Waguespack, Sr. and Thelma Deslatte Waguespack; and her siblings, Huey Waguespack (Juanita), Percy Waguespack (Bertha) and Ruby Bourgeois (George).

She is survived by: her husband Neil T. Bourg; her children, Connie Parr (Darry), Adeline Arnoult (Jeffrey), Nelson Bourg (Jennifer), Kevin Bourg (Michelle) and Melissa Bourg (Jeffery); and her siblings, Joseph and B. Waguespack, Jr. (late Karen).
