She was predeceased by: her husband Eddie Moore, Sr.; her daughter Linda Polk Adams (Haltron, Sr.); her parents, Rev. Robert Polk, Sr. and Gertrude Netter Polk; and her siblings, Robert Polk, Jr., John Polk, Sr. and Margie Polk Leslie (Jimmy).

She is survived by: her granddaughter Natasha Adams Montgomery; her grandson-in-law Randall Eugene Montgomery; her great grandchild Peyton Adams Guitroz; her siblings, Orelia Keys (George) and David Polk, Sr. (late Lillie); and her sisters-in-law, Survery Polk and Audrey Polk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the New Wine Christian Fellowship Center (1929 W Airline Hwy, Laplace, LA 70068). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (4000 Norman Mayer Ave, New Orleans, LA 70122).
