It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Alito of Laplace, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisa Alito Grisaffi; his parents, Ruth Felicia Triay Alito and Emile Alito, Sr.; his siblings, Emile Alito, Jr. and Rosemary Alito Swiber; and his friend Joycelyn Blank Alito.
He is survived by: his daughter Lesli Alito Hauge (Darryl); his grandchildren, Anastasia Felicia Hauge, Analiese Florence Hauge, Carmelite Jean Hauge, Sarah Ruth Peneguy and Troy Grisaffi, Jr.; and his friend Genevieve Soileau. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
