He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathleen Franke; his sons, Shane Boucvalt and Garrett Boucvalt; his grandchildren, Taylor Boucvalt, Kylie Boucvalt and Kailyn Boucvalt; and his brothers, Jobe Boucvalt and James Boucvalt.
