Guidry Sr. of Larose, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 91, on November 1, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aswell Guidry and Louella Pellegrin Guidry. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Vizier Guidry; his children, Joan G. Guidry (Louis), Lloyd J. Guidry, Jr. (Roshelle) and Todd M. Guidry (Melissa); his grandchildren, Grant (Katie), Russ (Holly), Blaire (James), Ryan (Genny), Jacob and Jenna (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Luke, Emma, Jack, Anne Tyler, Benjamin and Mary.

Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery (723 N Bayou Dr, Golden Meadow, LA 70357). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
