She was predeceased by: her husband Emile "Blue" Cantrelle, Jr.; her grandson Andy Joe Dufrene; her parents, Davidson Lathrop and Regina Doucet Lathrop; and her sister Peggy Cheramie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Plaisance (Ricky), Bonnie Fortenberry (Thomas), Penny Harris, Lottie Danos (Danny) and Patty Dufrene (Andrew); her siblings, Wood Watson Lathrop and Debra Orgeron (Russell); and her brother-in-law Ted Cheramie. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
