Though Wilbert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Wilbert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Nelson Williams; his daughters, Stephanie Willams, Ausama (Terry), Caroyln Williams-Woods (Darrell Sr.) and Kelsha Duncan; his stepchildren, Irvin Richaurd Anthony (Debra), Sinatra Mickinley and Angela Banks-Hicks; and his siblings, Ernest, Arthur Lee Williams and Juanita Jones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New St. Matthews Missionary Baptist Church (4839 LA-308, Raceland, LA 70394-2416).
