It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Meyers of Lecompte, Louisiana, who passed away on December 18, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Meyers; her parents, Robert Yancey and Constance Cupples; her stepfather John Cupples; her daughter-in-law Kristal Mitchell; and her grandson Adam Yancey.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Yancey, Tesla Davis (Tristin Doyle), Kory Davis (Elizabeth) and Samantha Cameron (Stewart); her grandchildren, Joshua Yancey, Lucas Doyle, Raelynn Doyle, Levi Davis, Tucker Davis, Isabella Davis, Olivia Cameron and Stewart Cameron, Jr.; and her siblings, Turner Yancey (Dorris) and Sarah Imel (Timothy).
