He is survived by : his wife Jody Polakovich Halbert; his children, Rick Halbert (Shelley), Melody Hebert (Brian) and Dee; his sisters, Diane NesSmith, Helen Hebert and Margaret Halbert Stanley; and his grandchildren, Alex Maggio, Kristina Henry, Corey, Danielle Brown, Drew Halbert, Matt Halbert and Scott Halbert.
