He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Lee Martin Boone; his children, Allen Boone (Alesia), Gwenda Bennett, Steven Boone (Paulette) and Kimberly Gruehl (Tony); and his siblings, Terry Boone, Juanita Saunders, Ione Saunders, Mary Johnson and Carolyn Ates. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
