He is survived by: his wife Glenda Louise O'Banion; his daughter Kristina Lea O'Banion Simpson (Robert Simpson); his stepchildren, Jessie Louvier, Todd Louvier, James "Jimbo" Louvier, Sean Louvier (Rhonda Louvier) and Jon Calvin Louvier (Sherrice Barrett); his extended family Frances; and his nieces and nephews, Kathleen, Rusty Barns, Bill Barrington, Bonita and Darrel Forney. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
