He is survived by: his father Sid Phillips; his daughters, Natasha Simmons (Larry) of Anacoco and Destiny Gulbrandson of Leesville; his siblings, Albert Phillips (Tammie) of Leesville, Tommy Joe Phillips (Melissa) of Leesville and Permilia Williams (Jim) of Leesville; and his grandson Braxton Simmons. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
