With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis H. Wilson of Leesville, Louisiana, born in Livermore, Kentucky, who passed away on July 19, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dennis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dennis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Frederick Wilson and Sabine Gregor Wilson. He is survived by: his children, James Cassell of Alexandria, LA and Sabina Marie Wilson (Richard LaFleur) of Leesville, LA; his grandchildren, Sarah McLaughlin (Zachary), Danyell Courtright (Kevin Trabue) and Aiden Cassell; his niece Michelle Walker (Mack); his fiancée Deanna Poplin of Leesville, LA; and his brother Mitchel Wilson of Leesville, LA. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jeane's Funeral Service (100 E Union St, Leesville, LA 71446). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
