She is survived by: her children, Terrell Penner (Lisa) of Daleville, Alabama and Candy Coker of Cravens; her sister Ester Burr of Mansfield; and her grandchildren, Dimikol Coker (Amber), Robert Penner (Karli), Aodhan Penner, Rachel Simmons (David), Adelia Penner and Aoife Penner. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
