She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fulks and Ellen Smith Fulks; her husband Clyde Chambers; and her siblings, Johnny Wayne Fulks, Darryl Fulks, Jerry Fulks, Aldie Fulks, Virginia Tilley, Romona Billings, Hazel Fulks, Edith Fulks and Geneva Fulks.
She is survived by: her children, Tammie Phillips (Clint) of Anacoco, LA. and Steve Chambers (Nicole) of The Woodlands, TX.; and her grandchildren, Sarah Chambers, Bret Phillips, Olivia Chambers, Brandon Phillips, Sophie Chambers and Abbey Chambers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
