He was predeceased by: his parents, George Beltz and Helen Beltz. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Beltz; his daughters, Beverly Moreno of Tucson and Carrie Beltz of Leesville, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Kristin Boswell, Bailey Haro and Katarina Kay (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Harper, Sorin and Lucy. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canaan Baptist Church Youth or St. Jude Hospital.
