He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Moore and Wanda "Dumpy" Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Moore of Leesville; his brother PeeWee Moore (Theresa) of St. Martinville; his stepchildren, Autumn Fletcher of Pickering and Gabriel Fletcher of Pickering; his uncles, Ray Mayo (Nancy) of Scott and Don Moore (Sharon) of Anacoco; his niece Tammy Jones (Travis) of DeRidder; his great-niece DeAnna Jones Fuller (Mitchell); his great-nephew Ryan Jones (Kelly); his cousin Taini Bennett; his close friends, Ronnie Hagan (JoAnn) and Gary Patton; Khloe Fuller, Charlie Fuller, Easton Jones, Drake Jones and Zoey Jones.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Society.
