She is survived by: her husband Charlie Burns; her sons, Charles Stephen "Stevie" Burns of Anacoco, LA and Jason Burns (Mary) of Elmore, MN; her grandchildren, Charlie, Anna, Isaiah, Ezra Burns of Elmore, MN, Cody Williams of Bryan, TX, Megan Hillman (Randall) of Simpson, LA, Morgan Belsha (Tyler) of Hornbeck, LA, Allie Pridgen of Anacoco, LA and Kealey Pridgen of Anacoco, LA; her great grandchildren, Harper, Hagen Hillman, Stetson Belsha, Gracelynn Brack and Addie Pridgen; her siblings, Coydell Jackson (Jeanette) of Anacoco, LA and Leadeth "Wee-Wee" Paddy of Leesville, LA; her sister-in-law Gail Jackson of Leesville, LA; and her siblings' children, Wesley Jackson (Sherry) of Anacoco, LA, Shannon Williams (Anthony) of Hornbeck and Shaunda Pridgen (Larry) of Anacoco, LA. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Good Hope Baptist Church (774 Good Hope Rd, Anacoco, LA 71403). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
