She was predeceased by: her husband Gilbert Perkins; her parents, Jeff Doyle and Gincie Doyle; and her siblings, Harold Doyle, JD Doyle, Arty Doyle, LJ Doyle, Letha Burke, Lucelle Ashworth, Dottie Douga, Mattie Livingston and Dona Hodge.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Phillips (Tommy); her sister Vada Sternburg; her granddaughter Lisa Wallett (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Daulton and Aiden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
