We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2026, at the age of 79, Jackie Dale Self (Leesville, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Moore and Verna Lea Self. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Renee (Monte) and Jason (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Anna Claire, Karrigan, Chloe, Kensley, Preston, Emilia and Sutton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Leesville (1400 Nolan Trace, Leesville, LA 71446). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Leesville or First Baptist Church of Simpson.
