Toney of Leesville, LA; his siblings, James Toney (Loretta) of Pollack, LA, Dale Toney (Sonya) of Bossier City, LA, Danny Toney (Lisa) of Savage Forks, LA, Bobby Toney (Donna) of Knoxville, TN, Annette Rafferty (Eddie) of Rosepine, LA and Tommie Lynn Toney of DeRidder, LA; and his close friend Peggy Brown. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
