He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Howard and Rena Thomas Howard; and his siblings, Zettie Mae, Wanda B. H. Lee, Ora Lee Jordan, Mittie Mae Sturdivant, Shirley Jean Napoleon, Augusta Howard, Amoz Howard of Jessie Howard, S. L, Irell Howard and Oza Howard.
He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Jones of DeRidder, LA and Dominic Wortham of Syracuse.
