He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyce Roshong and Essie Roshong; his daughter Jeanna Southard; and his siblings, Lavaughn, Ernest Roshong, Esther, Francis and Velma.
He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Lee Roshong; his brother Loman Roshong (Carol); his children, Doug Roshong (Shelia), Tracy Smith (Rick), Patti Jeane (Tommy) and Donna Erwin; his grandchildren, Shailee Fisher (TW), Casey Clark (Nathan), Jennifer Parker, Tylynn Smith, Jason Parker (Courtney), Terry Lynn Parker, Jefferson L. Erwin Jr., Thomas Allen Erwin, James David Parker, Jr., Jason Lavon Parker, James Michael Higginbotham and David Higginbotham; his great grandchildren, Bradyn Fisher, Landyn Fisher, Tanner Parker, Kayli Parker, Hunter Parker, Tierra Parker, Memphis Grappe, Caston Erwin, Brently Erwin, Brylyn Erwin, Joshua Holmes, Trent Holmes and Andrew Shackleton; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Wheeler (Tina), Jerry Wheeler, Tenita Summers and Luegene Quails (Wayne). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
