It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madison Guess Jr. of Leesville, Louisiana, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison Guess, Sr. and Ruth Clark Guess; his parents-in-law, Lawrence L. Williams and Leona Williams; and his brother-in-law Gary Casey.

He is survived by: his children, Madison Guess III (Zyketra) and Ira Cordell; his siblings, Raymond Guess Sr. (Felicia) of Michigan, Clouetta Guess of Michigan, Andrew Guess (Tonya) of Michigan and Cardellia Ann Guess of Michigan; his aunts, Georgia Williams, Angie Clark (Arkansas) and Beverly Roney (Indiana); his uncle Louis Clark; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Casey, Adrian Todd, Leatrice Williams and Avril Knox (Marc); his children, Kawana Guess, Amber Ford, Katrina Upshaw, Cordell Upshaw, Marlon Guess, Ryan Upshaw (KiYada) and Mechael Guess Dascent (Calvin); and his grandchildren, Kaleb Wilson, Zoey Bristow, Skyler Hurst, Micah Guess, Darrion, Amiyah Stirgus, Ryan, Kameron Upshaw and Capri Rue Dascent. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends.
