She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Perkins (Andre Miller) of Leesville; her brother-in-law Frank Stephens (Barbara) of Leesville; her stepchildren, Charlie G. Stephens Jr. (Chuck) and Theresia Brown of Dallas, TX; her children, Micheal Nation and Sara Brown; and her grandchildren, Savannah Perkins and Gavin Perkins.
