She was predeceased by: her parents, P. B. Bennett and Bertha Solly Bennett; her husband Wilbur M. Roberts; and her siblings, Archie, Don Bennett and Joy Faye Cowart.
She is survived by: her children, Wilma Freshwater (Jim) of Madison, MS and Ronnie Roberts (Connie) of Leesville, LA; her sister Dorothy McCall of Port Arthur, TX; her sister-in-law Carolyn Bennett of Beaumont, TX; and her grandchildren, Jim Freshwater, Richard Freshwater, Ronald Roberts Jr., David Roberts, Daniel Roberts, Elizabeth Roberts, Russell Figueroa and Joseph Figueroa. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Pine Hill Baptist Church in her name.
