He was predeceased by: his parents, Neulan Midkiff and Missy Midkiff of Leesville Louisiana; and his brother Shermon Midkiff. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae; his children, Kara Rosen (Steve), David Midkiff (Nicole), Kami Weinstein (Joshua), Dena and Cody Denny; his grandchildren, Kate Graham (Christian), Anna, Stephen, Nicol, Nathan and Maria Rosen; his children, Ethan, Nash, Niam, Luke Midkiff, Olive, Aston Weinstein and Haisley Denny; his great grandchild Elsie Graham; and his brothers, Craig and Jerry Midkiff (Darlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
