Linda Maldonado wrote a sympathy message

“There are too many words to describe this wonderful man. We were extremely fortunate to have bought a house that was so close to Noel. He took our entire family in and made us feel like we were actual family members to him. We shared many wonderful times throughout so many years. This is the man that my son called PawPaw and he felt more of a connection to Noel than his biological grandparents cuz they were so far away. He will be GREATLY missed but we have wonderful memories. The Maldonado's”
