He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph C. Goforth and Ruby Bowman Goforth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Goforth; his children, Ryan William Goforth (Justine), Terry Goforth and Cindy; his grandchildren, Natalie, Chloe and Haven; and his sister Claudine Smith (Jerry).
