We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2025, at the age of 83, Ruby Rae Smeltzer (Leesville, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Jeter and Jewel Jeter; her husband Larry Smeltzer; and her brother Carlton. She is survived by: her children, Hunter, McKenzie (Lucas) and Joshua Adam (Delaney Ramero) of Hicks; and her sister LaJaynees (Sam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Flactor Cemetery (1081 Par Rd 831, Hicks, LA 71446).
