He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Ellis of Westlake, OH, Betty Lewis of Leesville, LA, Doreen Howard of Missouri City, TX, Jacqueline Johnson of Bossier City, LA and Cathy Ellis of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
