She was predeceased by: her father David Tharp; her husband Roy Lam; her mother Barbara Holbert; her sisters, Pamela Gent and Penny Tharp; her niece Catherine Capehart; and her great-nephew Xzavier Capehart.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Charles Clark Jr. of Pickering, LA; her children, Charles Clark III of Georgetown, KY, Veronica Merworth of Anacoco, LA, Marion Beason of Leesville, LA and Roy Lam of Pickering, LA; her stepchildren, Antonio Lam of DeRidder, LA, Christopher Lam of DeRidder, LA and Tiffany Jones of Kerbyville, TX; and her siblings, Teresa Barker of Chateau, MT, Sandra Anderson of DeRidder, LA, Richard and Ricardo Moralez of DeRidder, LA. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM.
