He is survived by: his fiancée Freeda Sullivan of Leesville; his daughters, Ruth Ann Martin (Rodney) of Leesville and Amanda Gaskin of Leesville; his stepson Timothy Harris; his niece Donna Cox Pruit; and his nephew Randy Cox. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
