He is survived by: his wife Karen Yvonne Turner Mudge; his children, Clay Henderson (Sheila), Chris Mudge (Kelley), Stewart Wayne Mudge, Jr. (Charlene), Casey Barnes, Kelli Panepinto (Brandon), Morgan Caskey (Nub) and Kristen Bordelon (Bobby); and his siblings, Mike Mudge, Peewee Mudge and Juanita Atwood. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
