She was predeceased by: her parents, David Allen and Viola Allen; her husband Roland "Big Daddy" Posey, Sr.; and her children, Hazel Lee, Ray Charles and Roland "Dig" Posey, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Larry Posey, Sr.; and her friend Harry Walker. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- grandchildren, several God-children.
